As soon as she arrived in the town, she had an overwhelming attraction to both the setting and the enigmatic man. However, secrets have come to light as a result of her continued presence there. She was more than just a human; she was the mate of a being that she had never in her wildest thoughts imagined to exist. With her heartbroken over her ex-fiance and prime life in another country, she was in for a ride that will set the course of her life.

I listened to this story using the audiobook function on Alpha Novel. Overall it was a cute story and I don’t regret spending my time and coins on this one. Every now and then, the gender in the audio version wouldn’t change so you would hear a male voice for Jaiden. There were a few grammatical errors but not too many so it was easy to understand. I do think the “2 years later” was unrealistic and should have been shortened. Other than that, great little story!
